Old Treasures via My iPhone

So, I decided to have a little fun with my iPhone and photograph some of the treasures I came across this weekend.  Andrew and I went down to the Santa Rosa area to spend my birthday.  We stayed with his cousins in Graton and spent the day Saturday wandering around antique shops, eating gelato, and walking through a beautiful redwood forest.  On the way back to Graton that night we watched the sun go down over the ocean...it was beautiful!

I found this itty-bitty camera in a HUGE antique shop in Healdsburg, CA and fell in love instantly.  Be assured that you will soon find a photo of this camera for sale in The Dizzy Pixie Etsy shop!

Hrm...I just realized I took this photo of the back of the knife...oh well.  This pretty little Swiss Army pocket knife came home with me as I needed something small to stash away in my purse.  Now I can cut apart Polaroids no matter where I am...and open gifts.  ;-)

I found this pretty little coin purse on Friday while driving through Sebastopol. I absolutely love leather, especially old leather.  One day, when I have acquired the proper skills, I'm thinking I might like to incorporate this into a leather book cover for stashing away small treasures or coffee money.

Now, the more I look at these photos, the more I think "there's GOTTA be a better iPhone photo app!" So please, if you know of any photo apps that take beautiful photos, apply vintage film inspired colors and textures...please leave me a comment and tell me all about it!
